The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM. We recommend that guests arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to get comfortable and settled in.

The wedding reception will end at 9:30 PM.

The ceremony will be immediately followed by the cocktail hour and reception.

Due to limited space and our desire to maintain an intimate atmosphere, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically named on the invitation.

If you have RSVP'd and can no longer attend, please notify the bride and groom as soon as possible so that seating arrangements and catering numbers may be adjusted accordingly.

Free parking is available onsite at the hotel.

Evening attire. We ask that men wear a suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress.

Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be located indoors at the Cork Factory Hotel. The ceremony will take place in the hotel's Assembly room. To navigate there, enter the hotel lobby and turn right at the front desk. It will be the first door on your right. The cocktail hour and reception will be held in The Warehouse. There will be passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner during the reception. The buffet will consist of braised short ribs, grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, and seasonal vegetables. If you require a vegan option, please indicate so in your RSVP. The vegan option will be pasta primavera with a red sauce and a house salad instead of the served caesar salad.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home or contribute via our wedding registry. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
